Vietnam - Laos: Una relación "única" en las relaciones internacionales
El miembro del Buró Político y Presidente de la Asamblea Nacional, Tran Thanh Man, se reunió con el Secretario General y Presidente de Laos, Thongloun Sisoulith, con motivo de su visita de Estado a Vietnam.
Chiều ngày 26.1, tại Nhà Quốc hội, Ủy viên Bộ Chính trị, Chủ tịch Quốc hội Trần Thanh Mẫn đã hội kiến Tổng Bí thư, Chủ tịch nước Lào Thongloun Sisoulith nhân dịp sang thăm cấp Nhà nước đến Việt Nam.
Tại cuộc hội kiến, Chủ tịch Quốc hội Trần Thanh Mẫn nhiệt liệt chào mừng Tổng Bí thư Ban Chấp hành Trung ương Đảng Nhân dân cách mạng (NDCM) Lào, Chủ tịch nước Lào Thongloun Sisoulith cùng Đoàn đại biểu cấp cao Đảng và Nhà nước Lào sang thăm cấp Nhà nước Việt Nam.
Chủ tịch Quốc hội nhấn mạnh chuyến thăm cấp Nhà nước của đồng chí Thongloun Sisoulith có ý nghĩa hết sức quan trọng, diễn ra trong bối cảnh Đại hội lần thứ XIV của Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam (CSVN) và Đại hội lần thứ XII của Đảng NDCM Lào vừa được tổ chức thành công tốt đẹp, đánh dấu những bước ngoặt quan trọng trong tiến trình phát triển của mỗi nước.
The National Assembly Chairwoman affirmed that the success of the Congresses of each country is a vivid proof of the correct leadership of the two Parties; thereby creating a solid political foundation for the two countries to continue to strengthen comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos, a "one-of-a-kind" relationship in international relations.
National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, on behalf of the National Assembly and the people of Vietnam, congratulated Comrade Thongloun Sisoulith on continuing to be trusted by the Party and State of Laos to be elected as General Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party.
The National Assembly Chairwoman expressed her pleasure at the outstanding progress in economic and trade cooperation between Vietnam and Laos, an important pillar of the great friendship and special solidarity between the two countries; in which bilateral trade turnover in 2025 reached nearly 3 billion USD, an increase of about 32.7% compared to 2024.
Về hợp tác giữa hai cơ quan lập pháp, Chủ tịch Quốc hội đề nghị hai cơ quan lập pháp tiếp tục tăng cường phối hợp chặt chẽ tại các diễn đàn nghị viện khu vực và quốc tế. Quốc hội Việt Nam sẽ tiếp tục tăng cường trao đổi đoàn cấp cao, chia sẻ kinh nghiệm lập pháp, giám sát, hợp tác; phối hợp chặt chẽ để tháo gỡ khó khăn, mở rộng các lĩnh vực hợp tác mới như kinh tế số, chuyển đổi năng lượng xanh, kết nối hạ tầng, giáo dục - đào tạo, phù hợp với định hướng sau Đại hội XII của Đảng NDCM Lào và Đại hội XIV của Đảng CSVN.
The National Assembly Chairwoman emphasized that in the context of the complicated developments of the world and regional situation, the role of the National Assembly is increasingly affirmed in institutionalizing the Party's guidelines into law, supreme supervision and deciding on important issues of the country, representing the will and right to mastery of the people.
General Secretary and President of Laos Thongloun Sisoulith expressed his pleasure to be the first foreign leader to pay a state visit to Vietnam immediately after the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam was successful.
Comrade Thongloun Sisoulith highly agreed with the exchanges and proposals of National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man on strengthening cooperation between the two National Assemblies. Comrade expressed his wish that the National Assemblies of the two countries continue to promote cooperation and exchange experiences in the fields of legislation, supreme supervision, especially the implementation of bilateral economic cooperation agreements, especially key cooperation projects.
In the next 5 years, the National Assemblies of the two countries will strengthen coordination to effectively implement the resolutions of the two Parties, bringing the parliamentary cooperation relationship between Vietnam and Laos to develop more and more deeply and substantively.
Comrade affirmed that the Lao National Assembly will continue to closely coordinate with the Vietnamese National Assembly in exchanging experiences, improving the effectiveness of parliamentary activities and strengthening supervision of the implementation of signed high-level cooperation agreements.
