For workers who do not have the conditions to return to their hometowns, the Binh Co Ward Trade Union will coordinate to organize cultural and artistic activities, folk games, and decorate Tet spaces in residential areas and boarding houses, creating a joyful, warm, safe, and meaningful Spring atmosphere.

Bau Bang commune is also a locality with a large concentration of workers in the North of Ho Chi Minh City. Bau Bang Commune Trade Union has proactively coordinated with units to organize the "Tet Sum vay" program, attracting 5,000 workers to participate. Mr. Luu The Thuan - Chairman of Bau Bang Commune Trade Union - said that there are currently about 25,000 workers in the area. The total resources for Tet care from trade union budgets at all levels are expected to be over 12 billion VND. In which, about 3,000 Tet gifts were given, each gift worth 1 million VND, 150 gifts through online shopping (each gift worth 500,000 VND). Nearly 100 train tickets, bus tickets, and air tickets were awarded to support workers to return to their hometowns for Tet.
