Cultivar aún más la buena y sostenible relación de vecindad a largo plazo entre Vietnam y Camboya

Bày tỏ niềm vui mừng được gặp lại đồng chí Samdech Men Sam An - người bạn thân thiết của nhân dân Việt Nam, Chủ tịch Ủy ban Trung ương MTTQ Việt Nam Bùi Thị Minh Hoài đánh giá cao và chân thành cảm ơn Đảng Nhân dân Campuchia (CPP) anh em đã cử đồng chí Samdech Men Sam An sang chúc mừng nhân dịp tổ chức thành công Đại hội đại biểu toàn quốc lần thứ XIV của Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam. Điều này thể hiện tình hữu nghị, đoàn kết, gắn bó giữa hai Đảng và hai nước.

Đồng chí Bùi Thị Minh Hoài chúc mừng những thành tựu phát triển của Campuchia thời gian qua; đồng thời tin tưởng dưới sự trị vì anh minh của Quốc vương Norodom Sihamoni và đường lối lãnh đạo đúng đắn của CPP do Chủ tịch Hun Sen đứng đầu, đất nước Campuchia sẽ tiếp tục đạt được nhiều thành tựu to lớn, toàn diện hơn nữa, thực hiện được các mục tiêu đề ra, vai trò và vị thế của đất nước Campuchia ngày càng được nâng cao ở khu vực và trên thế giới.

Highly appreciating the cooperative relationship between the Fatherland Fronts of the two countries that is increasingly consolidated, developing closeness and solidarity, on this occasion, Comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai respectfully invited Comrade Samdech Men Sam An and the high-level delegation of the National Council of the Cambodian Fatherland Front for Solidarity and Development to visit Vietnam and sign the Memorandum of Understanding on the Cooperation Program between the Fatherland Fronts of the two countries for the period 2026-2031, as a basis for the two sides to coordinate in implementing activities in the coming time.

Năm 2027 là năm kỷ niệm 60 năm Ngày thiết lập quan hệ Ngoại giao Việt Nam-Campuchia (24.6.1967-24.6.2027), đồng chí Bùi Thị Minh Hoài đề nghị Mặt trận hai nước cùng phối hợp xây dựng các kế hoạch thiết thực để tăng cường giáo dục, tuyên truyền để các tầng lớp nhân dân, nhất là thế hệ trẻ hai nước nhận thức sâu sắc hơn về ý nghĩa, tầm quan trọng, cũng như thấy rõ trách nhiệm của mình trong việc gìn giữ và vun đắp hơn nữa cho mối quan hệ láng giềng tốt đẹp, hữu nghị truyền thống, hợp tác toàn diện, bền vững lâu dài giữa Việt Nam-Campuchia.

Khẳng định lãnh đạo Đảng, Nhà nước, MTTQ Việt Nam luôn đánh giá cao vai trò của đồng chí Samdech Men Sam An dù ở cương vị công tác nào cũng luôn có những đóng góp quan trọng vào việc vun đắp cho mối quan hệ gắn bó Việt Nam-Campuchia, đồng chí Bùi Thị Minh Hoài mong muốn với những tình cảm tốt đẹp dành cho đất nước, nhân dân Việt Nam, đồng chí Samdech Men Sam An sẽ tiếp tục có những đóng góp tích cực vào việc đẩy mạnh quan hệ hữu nghị và hợp tác toàn diện giữa hai nước nói chung, giữa Mặt trận hai nước nói riêng.

Thanking for the sincere reception and good feelings of Comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Comrade Samdech Men Sam An said that according to the plan, Senate President, Chairman of the Cambodian People's Party Samdech Techo Hun Sen will come to congratulate Comrade To Lam on his re-election as General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, but due to busy work in the country, he represented the Cambodian People's Party to come to Vietnam to congratulate him.

Comrade Samdech Men Sam An congratulated Comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai on being elected to the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and at the same time re-elected as a Politburo member with the role of Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

Enthusiastically congratulating the success of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Comrade Samdech Men Sam An, on behalf of the leaders of the Cambodian People's Party, highly appreciated the great achievements that the Party, State, Fatherland Front, and Vietnamese people have achieved in the past time, especially completing the contents of the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress as well as setting out directions and tasks to successfully implement the Resolution of the 14th Congress, helping Vietnam to develop further.

The victory of the 14th Party Congress with the solidarity and trust of the Vietnamese people is not only the joy of the Vietnamese people but also the common joy of all countries in the region, including Cambodia.

Thanking Comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai for her invitation to sign the memorandum of understanding on cooperation, Comrade Samdech Men Sam An emphasized that the National Council of the Cambodian Fatherland Front for Solidarity and Development will continue to educate and propagate to help Cambodian people better understand the relationship between the two Parties and the two countries; and at the same time actively contribute to consolidating and strengthening the good neighborly relationship, traditional friendship, comprehensive cooperation, and long-term sustainability between the two countries.
